This Baked Oyster Dressing is a southern classic for Thanksgiving.

Fresh Oysters With their juice.

Parmesan

Stale Bread

Water (or chicken broth

Olive Oil

Seasoning

Onion

Garlic

Bay Leaves

Green Onion

Bell Pepper

Celery

Drain the oysters keeping 1 Cup of Liqour

Cook onion, peppers and celery

Add water

Add garlic, parsley and bay leaves

Add bread cubes, green onion and oyster liquor

Transfer to large bowl and add parmesan and oysters and stir.

Bake until golden brown.

Transfer to a large greased casserole dish.
