Butter Crunch Cookies

Cream Butter & Sugars

In a large bowl of a stand mixer cream the butter and sugars until completely combined and fluffy.

Add Flavors

Add the vanilla and almond extract and beat again until combined.

Add Eggs

Add the eggs and mix again on low, until completely combined.

Sieve Dry Ingredients

Pass the dry ingredients through a sieve to make sure no lumps remain.

Mix dry with wet ingredients

Add the flour mixture to the butter sugar mixture and mix again until a cookie dough texture has formed.

Add Toffee Pieces

Add toffee pieces to the cookie dough and stir to combine.  You can use either store bought or homemade toffee.

Scoop the cookie dough onto a lined cookie sheet and bake.
