Ingredients
Make the rice. Add wild rice and chicken broth to a rice cooker and turn on. (or cook the old fashioned way in a pot on the stove)
Prepare the ingredients. Slice the apples, chop the shallots, pecans and herbs..
Melt butter in a large skillet and saute the shallots.
Add the chopped apples, followed by the remaining ingredients.
Once the rice is cooked add to the skillet and toss together with the other ingredients.
Sprinkle with the chopped herbs and serve.
