Peeled crawfish, bell peppers, celery, onion, garlic, butter, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings
Start by cooking down the trinity of onions, bell pepper and celery with the seasonings and butter
Add the peeled crawfish and carefully stir to combine.
Add cream cheese and green onions, slowly stir to combine.
Perfect Crawfish Sauce to spread on your French Bread!
Spread sauce evenly over the French Bread, all the way to the edges.
Cover loaf with freshly grated cheese - I like to use a combination of cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan!
