Tomatoes and Chilies

Add Seafood Seasoning to water then bring to boiling point.

Add Fettuccine noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add butter to a large skillet and apply medium heat.

Add shallots and garlic and cook until translucent.

Add soup, tomatoes and chilies, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Stir and cook a few minutes.

Add Velveeta cheese and stir until totally melted and bubbly.

Add crawfish tails and green onions and stir. Cook a further 2 minutes.

Add cooked fettuccine noodles and mix to totally combine. Turn off heat and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes to finish.

Serve with delicious garlic bread and parmesan cheese.
