Chocolate Hot Chocolate Mix Mini Marshmallows Sprinkles
Ingredients
Melt the chocolate: Either in a microwave in 15 second intervals, or over a double boiler.
Spoon the chocolate into mold. Spoon even amounts of the melted chocolate into the silicone mold.
Brush the melted chocolate all up the sides of the silicone mold.
Freeze for 10 minutes then apply another coat of the melted chocolate and freeze again.
Fill half the spheres with the hot cocoa mix and marshmallows.
Allow the edges to show to give a surface for the top half of the sphere to seal.
On a hot plate take the empty dome and melt the edges ready to apply to the filled domes
Place on top of the filled dome and press slightly. They will seal in just a few seconds.
Decorate the tops with drizzled chocolate and sprinkles.
