Flour

Whole Milk

Butter

Bacon Grease

Garlic

Add the bacon grease to a heavy bottomed pot, over medium heat.

Add the flour and stir with whisk until it smooths out and cooks a little.

Then add garlic.

Slowly add the heated milk whisking all the time.

Don't rush this. It will take a few minutes.

Then season with salt and pepper.
