Bacon Onion, bell pepper, celery garlic pork chicken Rotel, thyme, Creole seasoning chicken broth cream of chicken cream of mushroom farfalle pasta green onions

Ingredients
Cook the trinity. Sweat the onions, bell pepper and celery with the chopped bacon.
Add the garlic. cook the garlic with the trinity until fragrant - about 2 minutes.
Add the pork and sausage and cook on high to add some caremelization.
Add the chicken, rotel and seasonings and cook until browned.
Add the broth and the cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups. Stir well and heat through.
Add the noodles and stir well.
Add lid to the pot and place in the oven for 1 hour.
