Simple and few ingredients, they can be made mostly with your pantry staples.

Butter Sugar Flour Cornstarch Dried Cranberries Orange Zest White Chocolate

Cream the butter and sugar together


Until light and fluffy, then add the Almond Extract.

Mix flour mixture and butter mixture


Mix together until well combined.

Stir in the cranberries and orange zest


Stir slowly and carefully

Roll out dough and cut out cookies


Use a 2.5" cookie cutter to cut out the perfect shortbread cookie.

Drizzle with White Chocolate


Melt the white chocolate and drizzle all over cookies
