Crawfish Ravioli is a genius way to use up those leftover crawfish!

Crawfish Tails

Heavy Cream

Garlic

Shallots

Green Onions

Butter

Worcestershire Sauce

Parmesan Ravioli

Hot Sauce

Seasonings

Add seafood seasoning (crab boil) to a pot of boiling water.

Cook raviolis in the seasoned water. Drain and set aside.

Add butter to a large skillet and add med-high heat.

Add shallots and garlic and cook until translucent, about 2 minutes.

Add crawfish tails and Creole Seasoning and stir to combine. Cook 2 minutes.

Add cream, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil. Cook until sauce is thickened and reduced by half.

Add green onions, butter and salt and pepper to taste.

Add cooked raviolis and stir gently to ensure each one is coated.

Beautifully creamy and full of flavor, crawfish ravioli will become one of your favorite meals.

Serve immediately and sprinkle parmesan cheese to finish.
