French Toast perfectly served with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and syrup.   It's the perfect Christmas Morning treat!

Brioche Bread

Vanilla

Eggs

Butter

Salt

Milk

Nutmeg

Cinnamon

Flour

Mix all the wet ingredients together - the milk, eggs, butter... then all the dry, then mix all together to make an egg dip for the bread slices.

Soak the brioche bread slices for a couple of minutes on each side. After that, all you need do is fry a couple minutes in butter...

Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and syrup!
