Seafood Stock

Green Bell Pepper

Flour

Seasonings

Onions

Garlic

Season Shrimp

Make Roux

Cook Holy Trinity

Sear Shrimp

Add garlic

Add shrimp and green onions

Add seafood stock

Cook and serve over rice.
