Ingredients

  • 13.2 oz Sheet Refrigerated Puff Pastry Dough
  • 6 Large Slices Ham
  • 8 Slices White American Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried Parlsey
  • teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a 12 cupcake pan with cooking spray.
  • Unroll the puff pastry leaving the paper provided on the underneath.
  • Arrange the ham and cheese slices on top of the pastry.
  • Roll up like a Swiss roll, on the long edge.
  • Using a sharp knife cut the roll into approximately 12 (1 inch) slices.
  • Arrange those slices laying down in the cupcake pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Melt the butter then add the garlic powder, parsley and salt. Mix well. Brush over the top of the ham and cheese bites when you take them out of the oven.
  • Allow to cool slightly in the pan before trying to remove.

Notes

They will be very soft when first coming out of the oven. Allowing the ham and cheese bites to cool in the pan before trying to remove them will allow them time to firm up and be removed easier.
