Open the can of refrigerated pizza crust, push out until even.
Using a pizza wheel, cut the dough into even strips, about ½" wide.
Take each strip and twist into a 'snake-like shape'. Lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten one end of each just enough to make a head shape.
Brush the breadsticks with olive oil then sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
Cut the olive into small pieces and arrange at the head of each snake (eyes).
Bake in the oven for about 12 mintues, until golden brown.
While the breadstick rattlers are baking, cut the bell pepper to make small 'snake tongues'.
Remove the breadsticks and while still warm slice a hole for a mouth on each rattler - then insert the tongue (bell pepper).
Serve with favorite dip, like marinara.
Notes
Flavor up the olive oil, add some salt, garlic, chili, any of your favorite spices, then brush on the breadsticks.
