Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 20 oz Crushed Pineapple, can drained
  • 15 oz Peach Chunks, can drained
  • 29 oz Mandarin Oranges, can drained
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut
  • 1.5 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries, drained

Instructions

  • Add the heavy cream, vanilla and powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer, beat the cream mixture until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the drained fruits, coconut and marshmallows and fold together.
  • Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
