Butter
unsalted

Garlic Cloves

Juice of half a lemon

teaspoon
dried Oregano
½
teaspoon
dried Thyme
½

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Teaspoon
Smoked Paprika

All Purpose Flour

Teaspoon
Tabasco Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small pot add the butter, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, flour and tabasco sauce.
Bring to a boil then turn down the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat then stir in salt and pepper to taste.
