Smoked Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Smoked bacon wrapped shrimp is a addictively tasty way to prepare shrimp. Seasoned, wrapped in bacon then smoked with your favorite chips, it can't be beat.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Peeled Deveined Large Shrimp
  • 1 lb Bacon par-cooked
  • ¼ Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Preheat smoker to 350°F.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Take the bacon and partially cook it to half way.
  • Wrap each shrimp in the bacon and hold in place with a toothpick.
  • Place each shrimp on the smoker grill for 25-30 Minutes.
  • Brush lightly with barbecue sauce half way into the cooking time and turn over.

Notes

Partially cooking the bacon will allow it to become nice and crispy without overcooking the shrimp.
