Ingredients

  • 3 Cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 8 oz Gruyere Cheese shredded
  • 4 oz Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Parsley dried
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a large oven-safe ramekin in the middle.
  • Add the shredded parmesan and Gruyere in a large bowl, mix together.
  • Open one can of the dough and unroll on a clean surface.
  • Using a 2-½" Cookie cutter, cut circles out of the dough.
  • Fold the dough around the cheese and place on the baking sheet seam down. Repeat with all the dough forming a full and even circle around the ramekin dish.
  • Bake the whole thing with the ramekin still in the middle, for 16-18 minutes.
  • Add the butter to a small dish and melt in the microwave.
  • Add the garlic and herbs to the butter. When you take out the bread wreath from the oven brush with this garlic and herb butter.
  • Fill the ramekin with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Any off cuts you have from the crescent roll dough you could create little shapes - like the stars in my pictures.
