Ingredients
1
Roll Refrigerated Puff Pastry Dough
¼
Cup
Pizza Sauce
1
Cup
Mozzarella Cheese
25
slices
Pepperoni
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼
teaspoon
Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 390°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll your puff pastry, using the paper it is wrapped in. Leave the paper on, underneath the pastry sheet.
Using the back of a spoon push the pizza sauce all over the sheet of pastry.
Liberally sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over, evenly.
Lay out the pepperoni slices, evenly all over then sprinkle with Salt, Pepper and Italian seasoning.
Roll the pastry, using the paper to help, on it's long edge. Roll all the way up, like a swiss roll.
Using a sharp knife cut the roll in half, then each half in half again (and so on until you have 12 even slices).
Lay out, flat, on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
A very simple pizza of mozzarella and pepperoni. Of course, you could use any topping you normally would a normal pizza.
