An unrolled sheet of puff pastry.
Step 1: Unroll the puff pastry and lay on top of the paper provided (on a lightly floured surface if there's no paper).
Pizza sauce spread on puff pastry sheet.
Step 2: Spread the pizza sauce all over with the back of a spoon.
Cheese sprinkled on top of a sheet of puff pastry with pizza sauce.
Step 3: Sprinkle with the cheese, then lay the pepperoni.
A roll of stuffed puff pastry about to be baked.
Step 4: Sprinkle with the salt and pepper (to taste) and Italian Seasoning.
Step 5: Roll up, using the paper provided, on the long sides. Like a swiss roll. Using a very sharp knife cut the roll into equal slices.
Step 6: Lay out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Hint: Use ingredients here like you normally would for a pizza. If you like lots of sausage and olives - go for it.

How to store leftovers

Once they have cooled completely they can remain at room temperature for a few hours, then, if you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

They make fabulous next day breakfast treats!

Mel's kitchen notes

Reheat in the air fryer for best results. In the oven if you don't have an air fryer. Microwaves will make it kind of soggy.
