Cajun Two Step Recipe

A popular southern Cajun seasoning blend known as the Cajun Two Step recipe that is delicious on anything and in anything.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add all seasoning ingredients to an 8oz mason jar, or a resealable bag and shake around to totally combine.
    2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder, 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano, 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme, 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper, 1 teaspoon White Pepper, 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Seal and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.

Notes

This Cajun Two Step Recipe has a little kick but not too much. If you prefer your Cajun seasoning to pack a little more heat then increase the amount of Cayenne. Same in reverse, if you prefer less heat, use less Cayenne.
