Add the sliced green onions, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro to a large mortar and pestle.
6 Each Green Onions, 2 Each Chili Peppers, 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
Crush until a paste is formed.
Add the lime juice and salt and pepper and crush again.
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
Add one peeled avocado and crush. Mix well.
2 Each Avocados
Add the remaining avocado and peeled chopped tomatoes and stir to combine.
2 Each Roma Tomatoes, Salt and Pepper to taste
Notes
I like to taste the chili pepper to gauge heat before deciding how much I'm going to add. Lemon can be used in place of lime.Use the stones of the avocado and place into the dip to help length of time before browning occurs.
