Ingredients

  • 1 (11 Ounce) Box Vanilla Wafers
  • 1 (3.4 Ounce) Box French Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 (3.4 Ounce) Box Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix
  • 3-½ Cups Whole Milk
  • 5 Each Bananas ripe
  • 4 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Crumble a layer of vanilla wafers over the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.
1 (11 Ounce) Box Vanilla Wafers
  • Take 2 large mixing bowls and add one packet of instant pudding mix to each bowl. Add 1-¾ Cups Milk to each bowl and mix well with a whisk. Allow the pudding to sit for about 5 minutes, to set.
1 (3.4 Ounce) Box French Vanilla Instant Pudding, 1 (3.4 Ounce) Box Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix, 3-½ Cups Whole Milk
  • Take one bowl of the pudding mix (either one is fine) and evenly spread over the top of the vanilla wafers.
  • Slice 2 bananas over the top of the pudding, evenly.
    5 Each Bananas
  • Add the cream, vanilla extract and the powdered sugar to another large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer beat the cream until you have stiff peaks.
4 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract, 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • Spread half of the cream over the top of the previous layer.
  • Lay another layer of vanilla wafers over the top of the cream.
  • Add the other prepared pudding and spread evenly then top with banana slices again,
  • Add the rest of the whipped cream and top with crumbled vanilla wafers and banana slices.

Notes

If you want the banana slices on top to stay pretty and not go brown dip them in lemon juice to coat them.
This recipe fits perfectly in a 9 x 13" baking dish.
