Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces Bowtie Pasta cooked
  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn thawed
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas thawed
  • ½ Each Red Onion diced
  • 1 Cup Cucumber cut into quarters
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 3 Each Mini Sweet Peppers diced
  • 2 (5 Ounce) Cans Tuna drained
  • Cup Plain Greek Yogurt plain
  • Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Creole Mustard
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta per the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to shock the pasta and wash off any starch.
    12 Ounces Bowtie Pasta
  • While the pasta is cooking chop and prepare the other ingredients.
    1 Cup Frozen Corn, 1 Cup Frozen Peas, ½ Each Red Onion, 1 Cup Cucumber, 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, 3 Each Mini Sweet Peppers, 2 (5 Ounce) Cans Tuna
  • In a small mixing bowl add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, Creole mustard and garlic. Mix well with a whisk. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again. Taste to make sure you’re happy with the seasoning.
    ⅓ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt, ⅓ Cup Mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Creole Mustard, 2 Cloves Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste
  • In a large bowl add the rinsed pasta, corn, peas, red onion, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers and tuna.
  • Drizzle the dressing all over the salad ingredients and mix with salad serving spoons.
