Deep Fried Boudin Balls

Cajun Food that's a great appetizer.

Dem Cajuns - sure know how to cook... and party!

Boudin Sausage (or pork mixture)

Bread Crumbs

Eggs

Seasonings

Flour

Buttermilk

Oil (for frying)

Remove boudin sausage casing.

Shape into balls

Mix eggs

with buttermilk

Mix together breadcrumbs with seasonings.

Coat boudin balls with flour, then egg wash, then seasoned breadcrumbs.

Then refrigerate.

Deep fry until golden brown.
