Ingredients

  • 1 Box Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 Pound Pork Sausage
  • 1 (8 Ounce) Block Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on low-medium with a paddle attachment until well combined.
1 Box Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, 1 Pound Pork Sausage, 1 (8 Ounce) Block Cream Cheese, 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop out enough for a 1" sausage ball and roll with your hands.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet about 1" apart - they will grow a little.
  • Bake for 18-20 Minutes.
  • Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dip.

Notes

Depending on how 'non-stick' your baking sheet is - you can line with parchment paper if you prefer. I found I didn't need to as the sausage balls came up easily on their own after a couple of minutes out of the oven.
