Mix the butter and parmesan cheese in a small bowl, then spread some over one side of the sandwich.
½ Cup Unsalted Butter, ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
Add to a heated grill pan, on medium-high heat, butter side down. Spread more butter on the top slice. Cook for 3 minutes, or until toasted nicely on the bottom, then flip.
Toast the other side for another 3 minutes. The cheese should have melted in this time.
Repeat with the other grilled cheese sandwiches.
Notes
Starbucks like to use mozzarella and white cheddar on their sandwich. I tend to prefer provolone's flavor. You could use mozzarella though.The bread I got was very big, so a whole sandwich at that size is probably too much for some. This is why I have it listed as having 6 servings. It's probably more like 4-6.
