    1-½ Cups Unsalted Butter
  • Add the powdered sugar and beat again until creamy.
    1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • Add the vanilla, salt and flour and mix until well incorporated.

23 Each Mini Twix Candy Bars
  • Turn out the cookie dough onto plastic wrap, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Take the cookie dough and turn out onto a floured surface. Lay the plastic wrap over the top of the dough and roll out to about ½" thick.
  • Using a 3" Cookie Cutter, cut out cookies and lay on a cookie sheet, 2" apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes then remove and allow the cookies to sit on the hot cookie sheet for another 10 minutes.
  • Transfer cookies to a wire rack and allow to cool another 10 minutes.
  • Add the caramel bits to a bowl with the half and half and microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until you get a good consistency of melted caramel.
11 Ounces Caramel Bits, 1 Tablespoon Half and Half
  • Spoon onto the top of each cookie and spread out with the back of a spoon. (Don't spread to close to the edge as it may still run a little that way.)
  • Repeat the same steps with the chocolate chips (minus the cream).
  • As soon as you spoon the chocolate, lay an unwrapped mini twix on top in the center of the melted chocolate.
    11-½ Ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Place finished cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden more.
