Leftover Turkey Roll Ups

A deliciously creamy leftover turkey roll ups recipe that is the perfect use of your leftover turkey from Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough 1 can
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3 Ounces Cranberry Sauce
  • ½ Cup Cooked Turkey cut into small pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and pull free one of the triangles.
    8 Ounces Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
  • Take about 1 Tablespoon of turkey, the same of cream cheese and a spoon full of cranberry sauce over the top.
    4 Ounces Cream Cheese, 3 Ounces Cranberry Sauce, ½ Cup Cooked Turkey
  • Fold up the first two corners of the triangle, leaving the long one for last.
  • Pull the last corner over the top, binding the roll up closed. It's ok if part of the insides show.
  • Repeat with the remaining crescent roll triangles then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Notes

I used cream cheese and cranberry sauce for these roll ups. You could make them more savory if you prefer. E.g. using mozzarella and dressing/stuffing.
