These leftover turkey roll ups are a fantastic way to use up that leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The cranberry sauce too. Make them deliciously creamy and sweet like below, or even use dressing and make them more savory.
Roll ups can be made any time of year, in fact I make these a lot for my son, he loves them with ham and mozzarella.

- Step 1: Unroll the crescent dough. Pull free the first triangle.
- Step 2: Fill with a little of the chopped turkey, some cream cheese and a spoon full of cranberry sauce.
- Step 3: Repeat with the remaining triangles.
- Step 4: Lay out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 5: Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Make sure the cream cheese is cold so that it doesn't melt too fast.

How to store leftovers
Typically, when you make these roll ups, they're gone as soon as you take them out of the oven.
However, if you do happen to have a few remaining you should store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.

Depending on when you cooked the turkey will determine how long you can keep the roll ups for. If you cooked your turkey 4 days ago then you might want to make sure the roll ups all get eaten and not keep them afterward.

Leftover Turkey Roll Ups
Equipment
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough 1 can
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 3 Ounces Cranberry Sauce
- ½ Cup Cooked Turkey cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and pull free one of the triangles.8 Ounces Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
- Take about 1 Tablespoon of turkey, the same of cream cheese and a spoon full of cranberry sauce over the top.4 Ounces Cream Cheese, 3 Ounces Cranberry Sauce, ½ Cup Cooked Turkey
- Fold up the first two corners of the triangle, leaving the long one for last.
- Pull the last corner over the top, binding the roll up closed. It's ok if part of the insides show.
- Repeat with the remaining crescent roll triangles then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
