Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3 minutes.
1 Pound Green Beans
Drain the green beans after the quick boil then add to an ice water bath.
In a large mixing bowl, add the can of cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, milk, sour cream and shredded pepper jack cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with a whisk.
1 (10 Ounce) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ Cup Milk, ½ Cup Sour Cream, 1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, Salt and Pepper to taste
Add the green beans to this mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer to a 13x9" Casserole dish and level out. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with first the shredded colby jack cheese, then the crispy fried onions and bacon (chopped) then bake another 10 minutes.
