    1 Full Recipe For Meatloaf
  • While the meatloaf is cooking prepare the carrots so that they're cooked (but not too soft. I steamed mine for about 15 minutes.
    6 Each Carrots
  • Slice the red bell pepper to form two strips that can be used for lips.
    2 Slices Red Bell Pepper
  • Slice the olive so that you have two similar sized slices to place on top of the two mushrooms.
    1 Each Stuffed Olive
  • Once the meatloaf is cooked (160°F), remove from the oven and transfer to a plate that you can display your monster meatloaf.
  • Place the carrots on the side to form legs.
  • Place the two mushrooms on top with the olive slices on top of each for the eyes.
    2 Each White Mushrooms
  • Place the bell pepper strips for the lips and the corn kernels for the teeth.
    1 teaspoon Whole Kernel Corn
  • Present and show for giggles... then enjoy.

Notes

For my meatloaf recipe I used ground venison. You can follow the exact same recipe and replace it for ground beef if you like.
Although I didn't cook the mushrooms because I wanted to keep the whiteness to look more like eyes you could cook them if you want. The same for the bell peppers.
Best served with mashed potatoes and maybe some other spooky Halloween foods.
