Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 (20 Ounce) Can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 (15 Ounce) Can Peach Chunks
  • 1 (29 Ounce) Can Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut
  • 1-½ Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries

Instructions

  • Add the heavy cream, vanilla and powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl.
    1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • Using a hand mixer, beat the cream mixture until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the drained fruits, coconut and marshmallows and fold together.
    1 (20 Ounce) Can Crushed Pineapple, 1 (15 Ounce) Can Peach Chunks, 1 (29 Ounce) Can Mandarin Oranges, 1 Cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut, 1-½ Cups Mini Marshmallows, 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries
  • Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
