Add all the herbs and spices to a bowl and mix well with a small whisk.
1 Cup All Purpose Flour, 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder, 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper, 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika, 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil, 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley, 1 teaspoon Celery Salt, 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme, 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano, 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary, ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Salt
Add to a container to store.

My favorite way to use this seasoning recipe is during the searing process at the start of the recipe. I take the required amount and rub all over the roast, then sear it. Upon adding the stock/fluid the flour in the seasoning will help thicken the fluids.I use about ½ Cup of the seasoning to about 3 cups of fluid.
