Ingredients

Unsalted Butter

Bittersweet Chocolate

+ 1 Yolk

All Purpose Flour

Espresso Powder

Mini Marshmallows

Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add the butter and broken up bittersweet chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and heat in blasts of 20 seconds, stirring between, until melted.
6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter,
4 Ounces Bittersweet Chocolate
Stir in granulated sugar, until dissolved.
⅔ Cup Granulated Sugar
Add the eggs, once cooled. One at a time, while beating. Followed by the vanilla.
2 Each Large Eggs,
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
In a separate bowl add the flour, baking soda, espresso powder and salt. Mix with a whisk.
⅔ Cup All Purpose Flour,
¼ teaspoon Baking Soda,
½ teaspoon Espresso Powder,
¼ teaspoon Salt
Slowly pour into the egg mixture, while still beating. Until totally incorporated.
Spray a 9" baking pan with cooking spray, then line with foil with some overhang. Spray the foil with cooking spray.
Pour the brownie batter into the pan.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove and turn the oven down to 325°F.
Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top of the cooked brownie.
1 Cup Almonds
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top, then the chocolate chunks on top of that.
1 Cup Mini Marshmallows,
¾ Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks
Bake again for another 8-9 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Allow to cool completely, then set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
