Ingredients

Large Shrimp
peeled and deveined

Bacon
par-cooked

Cup
Barbecue Sauce
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Instructions
Preheat smoker to 350°F.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
1 Pound Large Shrimp,
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Take the bacon and partially cook it to half way.
1 Pound Bacon
Wrap each shrimp in the bacon and hold in place with a toothpick.
Place each shrimp on the smoker grill for 25-30 Minutes.
Brush lightly with barbecue sauce half way into the cooking time and turn over.
¼ Cup Barbecue Sauce
Notes
Partially cooking the bacon will allow it to become nice and crispy without overcooking the shrimp.
