Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Shallots
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickles
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoons Dill Paste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Dice the shallots and the pickles.
1 Tablespoon Shallots, 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickles
  • In a small bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice, 1 Cup Mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard, 1 Tablespoons Dill Paste, ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Notes

I use Dill Paste quite often as it keeps in the refrigerator well and sometimes it's hard for me to find fresh dill in my stores. It works very well in place of fresh dill, but of course if you have it fresh, it's better.
A quick shout-out to my copycat McDonald's Cajun Sauce Recipe. It's a must try.
