Ingredients

Pound
Rotini Pasta

Salt

Homemade Pesto Sauce

Cherry Tomatoes
halved

Each
Cucumber
halved and sliced
1 (2 Ounce)
Can
Sliced Black Olives
drained

Ounces
Mozzarella Pearls
½
Cup
Arugula Leaves
Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta as the package instructs, in salted water, then drain and rinse under cold water.
1 Pound Rotini Pasta,
2 teaspoons Salt
Add the noodles to a large mixing bowl, along with the
pesto sauce
and mix well until evenly coated.
1 Cup Homemade Pesto Sauce
Add the remaining salad ingredients and mix well.
10 Ounces Cherry Tomatoes,
½ Each Cucumber,
1 (2 Ounce) Can Sliced Black Olives,
8 Ounces Mozzarella Pearls,
½ Cup Arugula Leaves
Notes
Add more of your favorite salad items at will (e.g. red onion).
