How to store leftovers
You will only want to leave out your deviled eggs at room temperature for no more than 2 hours. After that, place back in the refrigerator in an Airtight container.
I like to keep the main stock of those traditional deviled eggs in the refrigerator then replenish the serving plate as they are eaten.
Contrary to what some believe you actually can freeze deviled eggs. They are good for about 3 weeks in the freezer so if you can't use the uneaten eggs right away perhaps freeze them until you find a need for them.
