🧊 Storage
Store this copycat Ruby Tuesday ham and pasta salad recipe in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Due to the use of mayonnaise this recipe will not thaw too well, it will end up with a weird texture, so I wouldn't recommend it be frozen.
💡 Tips
Expert Tip: As with any pasta salad, it will actually marry well and taste much better the next day. Make ahead as needed.
👩🍳 FAQs
Ruby Tuesday is a well known American restaurant chain, popular for their salad bar and hamburgers.
For a cold pasta salad yes. You don't want the sauce/dressing to become to thick and sticky. It's common not to want to wash cooked pasta in hot dishes like mac and cheese.
