A tasty, creamy herb-infused Southern Seafood Salad Recipe that is really easy to put together in a matter of minutes.
Due to the use of imitation crab and frozen shrimp this salad can be made year round.
I do love to use fresh shrimp when I can though, as I live on the coast. There's nothing better than freshly caught shrimp.

💡 Tips
Expert Tip: Don't turn up your nose at the thought of imitation crab. Did you know it's actually made out of fish? It's not really a fake thing, it's still seafood.... but the fish they use mimics the same texture and sweetness as crab meat.
