My love of food began when I started my hotel and catering career during my college years. I was taught by michelin star chefs from 5 star hotel restaurants and even was taught to flambé at table-side within the restaurant itself. My career had me traveling the world, giving me a very varied and experienced palate and my love of food followed with me. Since marring and moving to south Louisiana my love of the New Orleans culinary experience has exposed me to learning a lot about Cajun and Creole cuisine. I am currently enrolled in Nicholls State University in their Culinary Arts degree program with a Concentration in Mass Communication and Culinary Journalism.-
