These delicious Key Lime Pie Popsicles are so easy to make, the kids will love them! Key Lime Pie is from Key West, Florida and you can imagine how perfect they are for a hot sunny day!
Ingredients for Key Lime Pie Popsicles
Really simple ingredients:
32 oz of Greek Yoghurt - Vanilla (I used full cream version but you can go low fat if you like)
4 TBSP of Honey - I like to use the local stuff - that way allergy sufferers will receive the benefits of eating these dreamy summertime popsicles!
Juice of 10 Key Limes
2 Tsp Key Lime Zest
6 Graham Crackers, crushed
Take the yoghurt, juice of the 10 key limes, honey and zest and mix together in a bowl. Spoon those ingredients into a popsicle mold - add the sticks of your choice, then top with crushed graham crackers.
That's it. Really simple to make - in less than 5 minutes!
In fact, these Key Lime Pie Popsicles are really low in calories too, not like your usual sugary ice pops, these are good for you!
- Vanilla Yoghurt, 32oz
- Key Limes, 10
- Honey, 4 TBSP
- Key Lime Zest, 2 tsp
- Graham Crackers, 8
- Add yoghurt, honey, lime juice and zest to a bowl and mix
- Spoon mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks
- Crumble the graham crackers and push down into the top of the popsicles
- Cover popsicles and freeze.
I used the wooden sticks this time, which is better when having a party... but you can use the handles/sticks that come with the molds.
